About
Hello, my name is Ryan Wong. I am an international student from Hong Kong, currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on Analog and Mixed-Signal IC Design at Santa Clara University.
I moved to the Bay Area in 2017 and have been studying and working here since. My first career experience as a Camera Hardware Engineer allowed me to master both software and hardware development in prototyping and automation. After a year of developing camera systems, I found myself increasingly drawn to lower-level hardware development, which led me to pursue VLSI and low-level IC design at Santa Clara University.
After learning to design synchronous and asynchronous MOSFET circuits and gaining a deep understanding of semiconductor physics, I had the opportunity to simulate and characterize energy-harvesting materials for novel sensors and actuators during a month-long research project.
As my graduate studies come to an end, I am currently looking to apply myself here in the Bay Area as an Analog Hardware Engineer.
